1.  Unplug the power from your internet modem
     (the box from Charter, SBC, AT&T or Wisper)

2.  Unplug the power from your wireless router (Netgear, Linksys, Belkin, etc)

3.  Shut down your computer.

4.  Plug the power back in to your internet modem & wait at least 5 minutes.

5.  Plug the power back in to your wireless router & wait at least 5 minutes.

6.  Turn your computer back on.

7.  Try to browse the internet. Try a few different sites just to make sure everything is working.

8.  If the internet is still not working - 1st call your internet provider to make sure your internet is not down.  They may have you try plugging your computer directly into your Internet Modem to make sure the problem is not with the router.

9.  If they verify that your internet is up and running then you may need to bring your computer to the office.
