Many times home computer users and businesses alike need basic or complex questions answered about their computer or a software program they are running and find that they have no support system to answer these questions.  Many times these problems can be resolved and answered with a little bit of guidance through remote access.

When you need remote assistance, call our office and we will direct you to a website link and give you a 6 digit code to enter.  A few more clicks and we will be able to see your computer screen and guide you through the computer problem you are having.  As long as you have an internet connection - we can help!

Help Desk Support - Phone Support

Help Desk Support is now available as a subscription service from TechKnow Solutions, Inc. 

Many times home computer users and businesses alike need basic or complex questions answered about their computer or a software program they are running and find that they have no support system to answer these questions.  Many times these problems can be resolved and answered with a simple phone call.  TechKnow Solutions, Inc. has heard of this problem from many of their clients and have come up with a local solution.

Help Desk Support is available in per call pricing or as a yearly subscription. 
Phone Support is billed in 5 minute increments and is available in 30 minute packs for $25, 90 minute packs for $75 and unlimited yearly support for $299.  Help Desk Support subscriptions are for phone call and remote support only.  Training and on-site visits are not included in Help Desk Support and clients will be charged the normal hourly rate for these services.

Quickbooks Setup & Support

Professional Setup, Training and Continuing Support for Your Business Products

Quickbooks Software Setup and Support is now available as a convenience service from TechKnow Solutions, Inc.  We can help you with whatever version of Quickbooks you are currently using from Pro to Premiere, Contractor to Enterprise, or Online to Multi-User editions.

Quickbooks Support is available at our hourly rate and is billed in 15 minute increments.

A growing number of local small businesses are using Quickbooks software as a tool for keeping track of daily business finances. Although the program is meant to be very user friendly, sometimes it does require additional help in setting up or completing tasks within the program.  That's where TechKnow Solutions, Inc. comes in.  As users of Quickbooks ourselves for many years and well versed in the product and it's changes we are able to provide that extra bit of help you might need to get your program up and running or moving into the next direction

We can provide consultation on which version of Quickbooks is right for your company.  We are able to sell Quickbooks Pro, Premium and Online at discounted rates because of our relationship with Quickbooks software company, Intuit.

We offer class, personalized and full office training on all version of Quickbooks.  Our hourly rate applies and class sizes are limited to 8 participants for the best learning experience. 

We can also offer immediate phone support, remote desktop assistance and on-site service for any of your Quickbooks needs.
