Help Desk Support - Phone Support

Help Desk Support is now available as a subscription service from TechKnow Solutions, Inc. 

Many times home computer users and businesses alike need basic or complex questions answered about their computer or a software program they are running and find that they have no support system to answer these questions.  Many times these problems can be resolved and answered with a simple phone call.  TechKnow Solutions, Inc. has heard of this problem from many of their clients and have come up with a local solution.

Help Desk Support is available in per call pricing or as a yearly subscription. 
Phone Support is billed in 5 minute increments and is available in 30 minute packs for $25, 90 minute packs for $75 and unlimited yearly support for $299.

Help Desk Support subscriptions are for phone call and remote support only.  Training and on-site visits are not included in Help Desk Support and clients will be charged the normal hourly rate for these services.

Convert video to dvd

Starting at $19.95 for 2 hours

 Bring in your VHS tapes or camcorder tapes for conversion onto DVD's.  2 hours of tape is best on one DVD.  Please have your video tapes in order by date that you want transferred onto a DVD.  We can include titles and transition effects.  Beta tape conversion now available!


Custom movies on dvd

Starting at $199.00

 We can create original movies of your Video memories and/or photos.  These are great for Graduation or Wedding gifts or as a remembrance of loved ones.

Starting at $99.00 for 100 photos

 Send us photos, digital photos on CD or memory cards and we will create a professional DVD Slideshow with music and transitional effects playable on any DVD Player.
You get one DVD for each CD or memory card submitted. We can also scan photos for you.


We also create commercials that can be dubbed on a DVD loop.
